Many people have stopped me and said how much they liked the idea and used the planner throughout the summer. This year, I've put together another one with the help of Deadheads Festival Calendar. I know from my first stab at listing festival information how much time and energy it requires. In fact, I was not sure I would run festivals because I did not have the time for the research. Then I found these guys and it all came together. Rob 'Gumby' Hillard at the calendar was happy to allow me to reprint his listings for this region. In exchange, I've also produced a downloadable PDF of ALL of his listings for the entire US. It can be accessed at www.lonelygoat.com and contains about thirty pages of listings just as tempting as those printed below but involving travel outside of the region I usually cover.
